Jessie A. Camarillo is the founder of MDRRI and Monarch Investment Properties, Inc. A Latina, Black American woman with over 20 years of experience building toward a singular vision — a regenerative farm school in every state in America.

Jessie built this model from the ground up, combining regenerative agriculture education, tax forfeiture land acquisition strategy, community preparedness training, and a commitment to Black and Brown land sovereignty that runs through every program MDRRI delivers.

MIP Inc. officially established and registered with the IRS (EIN received in May 2005).

Willmar, MN pilot campus identified

Target property identified in Willmar, MN to anchor the farm school model.

Curriculum development completed

11 regenerative agriculture workshops + 3 courses fully developed and ready to deliver.

NAACP partnership conversations

In active conversation with NAACP Minneapolis President to develop a community workshop partnership expanding to Rochester and St. Paul.

Collaborating with an FFA instructor on curriculum development in Minnesota.
