About MDRRI

Building a regenerative campus model that works

MDRRI (Monarch Dome Regenerative Ranch Inns) is building a dome-based regenerative farm school and extended-stay hospitality campus in Willmar, Minnesota. The campus model brings together hands-on agricultural education, dome lodging, farm production, water generation, and USDA-compliant processing into one integrated, scalable location.

What we're building

Integrated campus model

Every MDRRI location combines lodging, education, production, and processing on one site. This integration creates operational efficiency and gives students real-world exposure to the full farm economy.

Seven revenue streams

Education (farm school), Hospitality (dome lodging), Agriculture (produce), Livestock/Poultry (meat & eggs), Cannabis (licensed cultivation + retail), Water (AWG bottling), and Online Courses. Diversification reduces risk and supports resilient cash flow.

Monolithic dome construction

All structures are monolithic domes — energy-efficient, disaster-resistant, and built to last. The dome design is central to MDRRI's brand and operational model.

Scalable blueprint

The Minnesota pilot is designed to be replicated. Standardized campus layouts, curriculum, and operating systems create a foundation for expansion to additional states.

Founder Milestone — March 26, 2026

Inducted into Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society

Jessie was officially inducted into Alpha Sigma Lambda — the national honor society for adult learners, recognized by the Association of College Honor Societies. With over 300 chapters nationwide, it celebrates academic excellence among individuals who balance the demands of work, family, and life while pursuing higher education.

As a founder building a first-of-its-kind regenerative agriculture, hospitality, and education campus — while simultaneously pursuing her degree — this induction reflects the same discipline, perseverance, and commitment to growth that drives every aspect of Monarch's mission.

“This moment means a lot to me. It represents the decision to keep going — even when life is full, heavy, and demanding. I'm proud of this milestone, and grateful for what it represents: growth, commitment, and proof that it is never too late to keep becoming.”— Jessie Camarillo, Founder & CEO

Alpha Sigma Lambda is the nation's oldest and largest honor society for adult learners, dedicated to recognizing the academic achievements of students who balance education with significant life responsibilities.

A moment that matters

In March 2024, while driving for Lyft in St. Cloud, Jessie kept two sticky notes on the dashboard: “I am Enough” (as a personal reminder) and “And So Are You” (for passengers). One day, a gentleman in his mid-30s got in the car, saw the sign, and thanked Jessie for it. He said he needed that reminder — that he was enough.

That moment stuck. It's a small example of how simple acts of presence and acknowledgment can reach people when they need it most. MDRRI is built on that same foundation — creating spaces where people can learn, grow, and remember that they matter.

Jessie's real estate investing experience includes a 648% ROI on a tax forfeit land deal (37 lots purchased for $14,500, sold for $108,500). This same discipline — finding overlooked opportunities and executing with precision — guides MDRRI's approach to building regenerative farm infrastructure.
